What Is Kinesiology?
To an uninformed onlooker what happens in a kinesiology session seems beyond belief. Because many of the techniques and procedures used interact with the body's subtle energy system rather than the physical body, they often appear bizarre and even laughable. When they come back for their second appointment, some clients tell me that they left the first session feeling that they had totally wasted their money, but that the improvement in their health and sense of well being speaks for ...Read the rest of this post »

A lost putt counts the same as the long drive. How many times have you made a good long drive off the tee, another second shot just short of the green , and then for some reason the pitch to the green is either too short or too long ?. In the end you may well have ended up taking three putts to put the ball unto the ...Read the rest of this post »

Kids and Weight Training
Copyright 2005 Raymond Kelly Weight training and exercise in general can be very beneficial to all children. It increases bone density, increases strength, and improves muscular coordination. In the past many people had concerns about children and exercise but now we are much better informed. What age should they start? This is more of an ethical question. A child can start training with weights at any age, but the real question is: should they? Providing they have a well-designed program and ...Read the rest of this post »
